后摇滚不是一个清新的词汇，不是一个垮掉的词汇，也不算是独立，可能是实验，更多是即兴。

但几乎所有后摇乐队仍旧保持了一个完整的音乐结构、叙述框架。

在很多时候我以为它是一个漫长的白日梦、死亡笼罩的深山幽谷、湍流急下的密林瀑布、灼热的南方沙漠...

后摇滚是低调的、内敛，即使它情感充沛

“宁静-爆炸-宁静-爆炸”，它的魅力就在于彼此之间的LOOP。

没有人声，可能只有两把吉他，也可能会有小提琴大提琴，也会有ENVY这样的硬汉的怒吼。

“但使龙城飞将在，不教胡马度阴山。”

他们像是工业社会里的新古典，却远远地硬于古典，让我们用相互砍杀来代替拥抱，而间或的人声出现就像黑暗里一线曙光或者黄昏前的落日余烬后摇。随着工业化的脚步快速逼近，人声越来越远，留下的是最深处临近爆炸的情感。
