歌单介绍
爱尔兰民谣可细分为四种，第一种为古老的咏唱歌曲（Air），最具盛名的代表歌曲就是夏日最后玫瑰与丹尼男孩，第二、三种为吉格与连索（Jig and Reel），吉格音乐是电影最喜欢使用当为配乐的音乐，如“铁达尼号”与“纽约黑帮”，爱尔兰国舞“吉格舞”更是“大河之舞”的起源，并且是现代“踢踏舞”根源。连索音乐的源头为苏格兰，在爱尔兰亦相当风行。第四种为闻名全世界的“塞尔特情歌”（Celtic Song）。

夏日最后玫瑰 The Last Rose of Summer 高昂清新的爱尔兰民谣，缓缓细说着生命奋斗的历程，与Danny Boy (丹尼男孩)并列为爱尔兰二首最有名的民谣咏唱调，女高音特别钟爱的歌曲。其歌词相当动人，如下： 曲: Thomas Moore, 1779-1852 词: Sir John Stevenson, 1761-1833 \\\'Tis the last rose of summer, Left blooming all alone, All her lovely companions Are faded and gone. Londonderry Air (Danny Boy)
噢！丹尼男孩，那风笛的声音不断的呼唤着…，这首举世闻名的爱尔兰民谣“丹尼男孩”（Danny Boy），是任何一场爱尔兰音乐演唱会中，势必会被点唱的歌曲。这首曲子的作曲者为罗利．戴尔．欧卡汉（Rory Dall O\\\'Cahan），写于1600年间。后来，费德里克．魏舍利（Frederick Edward Weatherly）在1913年将其填了“丹尼男孩”歌词，深受当时人们的喜爱，而流传至今，其歌词如下： Danny Boy Oh Danny boy, the pipes, the pipes are calling From glen to glen, and down the mountain side The summer\\\'s gone, and all the flowers are dying \\\'Tis you, \\\'tis you must go and I must bide. But come ye back when summer\\\'s in the meadow Or when the valley\\\'s hushed and white with snow \\\'Tis I\\\'ll be here in sunshine or in shadow Oh Danny boy, oh Danny boy, I love you so. I\\\'ll simply sleep in peace until you come to me. 其实，上述“丹尼男孩”歌词，原本是费德里克．魏舍利于1911年所做的另一首歌曲的歌词，但并不流行，隔年他接到居住在美国的妹妹寄给他欧卡汉所做的歌谱，他发现这个曲子与他所填的“丹尼男孩”歌词相当契合，就将其合并，没想到因此大放异彩，亦是后来许多不同填词中最受欢迎的一首，“丹尼男孩”也因此成为爱尔兰最具代表性的民谣之一，与“夏日最后玫瑰”、“强尼当兵去”同为爱尔兰最负盛名的三首民谣。 罗利．戴尔．欧卡汉当初写这首歌时，歌名为“伦敦德里小调”（Londonderry Air），亦有歌词，伦敦德里是爱尔兰的一个地名，与英国的首都伦敦无关，不可混淆，Air是咏唱调或小调之意。“伦敦德里小调”的填词其实亦相当优美，只是“丹尼男孩”的填词太受欢迎了，所以演唱者选择以“丹尼男孩”歌词唱的人比较多，其实二种歌词之意境是不分轩轾的。“伦敦德里小调”的英文歌词如下： Londonderry Air Would God I were the tender apple blossom That floats and falls from off the twisted bough, To lie and faint within your silken bosom, Within your silken bosom as that does now! Nay, since you will not love, would I were growing, A happy daisy, in the garden path; That so your silver foot might press me going, Might press me going even unto death. 国内风潮唱片公司发行的“东方天使合唱团”演唱的“乘 着歌声的翅膀”，其中也包含了这首歌，他们选用的歌名是“伦敦德里小调”，而不是“丹尼男孩”，但是歌词并不是“Londonderry Air”的中文直译词，却写得非常的美，不输英文的歌词，可惜作者不详，中文歌词如下：（若以下列中文歌词清唱，可感受其美） 伦敦德里小调 在我的故乡河流日夜歌唱，曾记得我时常徘徊游荡， 春天早晨采朵金色水仙花，整个世界使春色放光芒。 我的故乡啊永远盼望的故乡，绿草如茵，江水静静的流， 游子的心啊向往美丽的小岛，如今却永隔着重洋。 那美丽的河水环绕我们家乡，鱼儿跃在水堤上， 海鸥的歌声至今我仍听见，在梦中仍然那们嘹亮。 让时光快快飞逝快快飞逝，我愿故乡安然无恙， 但愿我没被亲人遗忘，重回故乡再过幸福生活。 另外有一个叫汤姆斯．摩耳（Thomas Moore, 1770-1852）的人，在“丹尼男孩”填词之前亦针对此曲写过歌词，名为“轻柔的竖琴”（The Gentle Harp），只是较不流行，其英文歌词如下： The Gentle Harp My gentle harp, once more I waken The sweetness of thy slumb\\\'ring strain In tears our last farewell was taken And nos in tears we meet again.
