歌单介绍
谈到苏格兰民谣，首先就会让人想到风笛（Bagpipe），动人且磅礴的笛声，扣人心弦。所有苏格兰民谣几乎可以用风笛演奏，最有名的曲子就是奇的恩典（Amazing Grace）及苏格兰勇士（Scotland The Brave）music，风笛常被使用于电影的配乐，最有名的就是梅尔吉勃逊之“英雄本色”（Braveheart），片中的风笛配乐完美的将剧情的张力表现得淋漓尽致。
有些歌曲演奏时，有时候会加入鼓（Drum），所以我们常看到一些苏格兰民谣CD的标题会标示Bagpipe and Drum。苏格兰民谣包括优美的古老庆典歌曲、情歌以外，就有名的就是吉格与连索（Jig and Reel）曲调的曲子，而苏格兰就是连索歌曲的故乡。

Amazing Grace
Amazing Grace 是一首苏格兰的民谣，至今已流传将近300年，中文译为奇异的恩典或赞叹天恩，常在全国性或民间的庆典、节日、欢乐的庆祝活动或甚至哀伤的纪念活动中做为主要的演奏或演唱的曲目，当音乐歌声缓缓响起，其优美肃穆的乐声，常令参与活动的人为之动容。Amazing Grace虽为苏格兰民谣，亦流行并被使用于整个英伦三岛含英格兰、威尔斯及爱尔兰。后来随着移民将其带入美洲新大陆，现在亦成为美国全国性或民间庆典活动的最主要曲目音乐。堪称为苏格兰民谣之第一把交椅。 Amazing Grace 的歌词相当多，较常被演唱的有六段，如下： 1. Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, Was blind but now I see. 2. \\\'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved, How precious did that grace appear, The hour I first believed. 3. Through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come. \\\'Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. 4. The Lord has promised good to me, His Word my hope secures; He will my shield and portion be As long as life endures. 5. Rees所作。歌词亦有克尔特人(Celts)的盖尔语（Gaelic）填词，因较少流传，暂不列出。 歌词的意境深远，歌词很长，演唱者很少将其唱完，大都只选择其中的3-4段，但已使人动容。 Amazing Grace亦常被使用为电影插曲，中外皆然，如最近的（2004年）“大智若鱼”（Big Fish）及“地下铁”（Sound of Colors）。日本NHK在2004年重拍的电视连续剧“白色巨塔”，就使用纽西兰音乐美少女海莉（Hayley Westenra）演唱的版本做为片尾曲，使Amazing Grace这首歌在日本及台湾因而声名大噪。 |

Auld Lang Syne
Auld Lange Syne 与 Amazing Grace 为举世闻名的二首苏格兰节庆民谣，中文译名为骊歌，特别是在学校毕业典礼时使用。Auld Lang Syne 写于1711年(或更早于1677年)，原歌名与歌词皆使用苏格兰古文字，即盖尔语所写成，其意为“Times gone by”（时光流转），或直意为“Old Long Since”。在苏格兰，此曲为新旧年跨年时，必唱的歌。午夜倒数时，不论是在家中、收音机、电视台或广场一定播放或吟唱这首歌，有送走旧的一年，迎接新的一年之意，倒不像中文骊歌那么感伤。原文译有许多版本，以下为较普及的版本，我们可以从歌词中体会这首歌的意涵，特别是最后一句歌词： Should old acquaintance be forgot And never brought to mind? 安妮萝莉 Annie Laurie 这是一首知名的苏格兰民谣，词曲皆优美得不得了，背景故事亦相当动人，这首歌是先有歌词，后有谱曲，歌词原来是一首情诗，写于1705年，至今刚好300年。安妮萝莉是一个女孩的名字，1705年时正值豆蔻年华，与一位多情的少年威廉道格拉斯（William Douglas）步入情网，热恋中的威廉就以安妮萝莉的名字写了一首情诗送给她，少男情怀表露无遗，原文与中文译词如下： Maxwelton\\\'s braes are bonnie, Where early fa\\\'s the dew, And it\\\'s there that Annie Laurie Gave me her promise true. Gave me her promise true, Which ne\\\'er forgot will be, And for bonnie Annie Laurie I\\\'d lay me doon and dee.
