【生平简介】

铃木雅明（Masaaki Suzuki），日本古键琴家、指挥家。 1954年生，曾到阿姆斯特丹跟随 Piet Kee和 Ton Koopman两位大师学习。 1990年成立日本巴赫古乐团（ Bach Collegium Japan），更将古乐演奏风潮带到日本。

此剧《弥赛亚》于1997-8月发行。

【荣誉】

I. 由于铃木雅明对巴赫音乐的专注和执着，使他带领的日本巴赫古乐团成为巴赫演绎的权威之一，同时开始灌录巴赫全部清唱剧的唱片，由BIS出品，学术杂志《早期音乐》评价为“是对巴赫音乐仔细考量、咀嚼其历史后的重要录音。” 在古典音乐指南《 The Gramophone Classical Music Guide》之〈巴赫：圣马太受难曲〉最佳演绎排行榜中位列第五。铃木凭着演绎和研究巴赫所作出的成就，更获德国政府颁发联邦十字勋章。

II.2012莱比锡巴赫奖授予日本指挥、管风琴师、大键琴师铃木雅明。

铃木雅明在自己的祖国日本一直为传播巴赫的作品而努力，他于1990年创办了日本巴赫学院，专门为录制巴赫的清唱剧。此外铃木也在东京国立艺术大学授课大键琴和管风琴，并在美国耶鲁大学担任合唱指挥。
