Danny Boy《丹尼少年》

感人心魄的爱尔兰民谣－丹尼少年最深的感情, 表示出来的往往反而最淡, 却又淡得最美. 仿佛唯有如此内敛,才能让人用心去体会.无论你有没有宗教信仰, 信不信人死后有灵魂, 如果世间有那么一个人,一言一笑都会牵动你的心弦, 你怎能不相信, 这是一首至死都唱不完的歌。

Danny Boy丹尼男孩 ，又译“伦敦德里小调”。一首有着悠久历史的爱尔兰民歌，是一位父亲为他早丧的爱子所写的一阕挽歌。曲子有三四百年，而歌词也近一百年。

整首歌的旋律彷彿夏日将尽的原野上遥远传来的风笛，如怨如慕，轻轻撩起你一生最珍惜的记忆。柔美舒缓的, 配着清新纯净的音符流动，悠然谈起玫瑰的凋零, 季节的变迁，一直到最后道出 " 爱 " 字的时候都不激动, 仍是轻声细诉。

爱尔兰民谣，原是一个世纪前，一位爱尔兰父亲写给即将从军的儿子的，大意是，当你下次回来的时候，我大概已经躺在坟墓里，如同整个夏天的过去，花朵的凋零，就像你现在要走，也不能挽留一样。后来，作者又加上第四段，才使得这首歌由父子间的诀别，变成了好似情人的分别。

这首爱尔兰民歌虽然原本表达的是父子之情，这首歌据说有二百多个版本在世界范围流传。而根据歌曲情感填译了中文歌词的版本，感人也更富有诗意。歌曲将意境编为，情人在生死线外，幽冥永隔，缠绵悱恻……
