Spanish heavy metal band Azrael burst into the local scene in 1991, soon having the opportunity to open for major numbers such as Mercyful Fate, Saxon, and Labyrinth. In 1994, the band beat a record after playing live for nine days, being published by Guiness as the longest rock concert ever. After recording Azrael 93 and Peor Que Animales, Azrael's first album, called Nada Por Nadie, was released in 1996 by Producciones Peligrosas, issuing Futuro in 1998, followed by Mafia and IV Dimensión, released by Locomotive Records.
