Rosie Carney is a 19 year old singer songwriter from Hampshire, UK now living in Donegal, Ireland. She gathers inspiration from the beautfully rugged landscape that surrounds her, along with her ability to disect and make others stories into beautifully heartfelt songs.
"I find something quite wonderful about being vulnerable. I think it's such an important aspect of human nature, to allow our hearts to feel and break to their full capacity. I think it's so important to allow yourself the freedom to express how you're really feeling, be it through song, poetry or any form of art. When I was 10, I started composing my own classical pieces on the piano which allowed me to express how I was feeling at that current time. That's then when I figured it was okay to sing about how myself and others felt."
