by Mike DaRoncoThe Ottawa based Weights & Measures started in the winter of 1998 as a side project for two members of Kepler. Without the use of a vocalist, the trio played out an array of moody, indie-influenced instrumentals before signing on to Matlock Records in 1999. Weights & Measures' self-titled full-length resulted in the following year.
