by Jason BirchmeierChicago house producer Jordan Fields recorded tracks for an array of small house labels throughout the late 90s, establishing himself as one of the Windy Citys more promising talents. Bigger labels such as SSR eventually began releasing his work, and big-name DJs such as Roy Davis Jr. featured his tracks in their mixes. During his late-90s rise to prominence, Fields recorded for Catalyst, Track Mode, SOM Underground, Mood Groove, Maffia, and several others.
