艺人介绍

by Greg PratoThe Go Go Posse was a one-off project (from Washington, D.C.) that united to record an anti-violence single, D.C. Dont Stand for Dodge City, as well as a self-titled album in 1988. The Go Go Posse featured members of other local acts, including such obscure names as D.C. Scorpio (the tracks Beam Me Up, Scotty and Romance the Stone), the Chuck Brown protégés Rare Essence (Do It, Hey Now), and Little Benny & the Masters (Whos Kickin It, The King), plus E.U.s Go Ju Ju Go and Browns own Thatll Work (2001). Besides their self-titled debut, the Go Go Posse never issued any other albums.
