Indie rock outfit Xray Eyeballs make lo-fi, catchy rock with a bent toward new wave and '80s noise pop. Formed in Brooklyn, Xray Eyeballs center around lead singer/songwriter O.J. San Felipe. A native of San Francisco, San Felipe relocated to Brooklyn in 2000 and played with the garage rock ensemble Golden Triangle before putting together Xray Eyeballs. Also featured in Xray Eyeballs are Golden Triangle members bassist Carly Rabalais and guitarist Jay High, along with keyboardist Rop Vasquez and drummer Allison Press. Xray Eyeballs released their debut album, Not Nothing, on Kanine Records in 2011.
