With her bold locks, original style and enchanting personality, Tiana ‘Major9’ Thomas lights up the room, stage or wherever else you may find her. Her personalstyle pays homage to Hip-Hop and her sound will leave you wondering whether you are in a New Orleans Jazz club or an underground soul bar in London’s Soho.
Tiana became the first runner up for the ‘MOBO Unsung’ competition in 2014 and most recently, has performed on BBC 1XTRA during an interview with DJ Target.
At only 20, Tiana Major9 has performed on many stages across the UK and Europe, having supported acts such as Alexandra Burke and Ella Eyre. She has also performed at Ronnie Scott’s ‘Ruby sings’, ‘Women of the World Festival’ and Bulgaria’s ‘Meadows in the Mountains Festival’. Although still young in her career, her self-penned lyrics and alternative sound is launching her into becoming one of London’s freshest emerging artists!
