Trance新血统来自德国双人DJ团体连续3年名列年终百大DJ 用音乐展现恍若德国汽车撼天动地的实力！ 2007垦丁Spring Love派对原定来台DJ 喜爱Trance曲风的人不可错的一个团体「COSMIC GATE」，由Bossi和Nic Chagall组成，保有德国血统的双人DJ组合，若说买车要买德国车，那么听trance也得听来自德国的COSMIC GATE！曾经以一曲「Fire Wire」冲进英国榜第九名，并且连续三年列身于DJ Mag票选的百大DJ，新专辑「撼天动地EARTH MOVER」更是在今年(2007)被国际舞曲音乐奖提名最佳混音专辑。 COSMIC GATE从九O年代tracne曲风发光发热的时期开始，便是众所瞩目的双人DJ团体，作品一推出每每让歌迷们疯狂的摇首摆足，新专辑EARTH MOVER当中多元化的曲风从trance,电子到浩室不禁会让所有歌迷赞叹他们音乐中善变而美丽的节拍。一开场的「A Mile In My Shoes」使用零碎的鼓声,吉他声再搭配男性vocal为整张专辑暖场，最后则在「Ultra Curve」粗破的点点鼓声中做结束，为一场Party画下句号。十三首曲目一气呵成让人难以发现曲风变化的踪迹，从低缓到高潮都有许多令人惊喜的旋律线条，当中并收录了最新的单曲「Should Have Know」开头的非洲鼓节拍营造狂野的氛围，再渐渐推出Tiff Lacey的声音取样，一柔一野的搭配冲击着每次心跳；而「I Feel Wonderful」则是呈现出诡谲曲风，与声线飘渺的Jan Jognston合作为音乐增添许多迷惑感。 COSMIC GATE在上一张混音专辑中曾与提雅斯多,费利高斯顿,布兰克与琼斯等世界顶级DJ合作，而这次则是与多位vocal做搭配，不同声音特质的vocal都能带给音乐不同的启发，这些声音像是再切割钻石一样，让原本就闪闪发光的COSMIC GATE在曲风上有更加完美的琢面。

German duo Cosmic Gate emerged in 1999 when DJ/remixer Claus Terhoeven (born 1972; aka Nic Chagall) and Stefan Bossems (born 1967; aka Bossi) decided to assemble a new project in the electronic music field. Cosmic Gate debuted with the release of the club/dance-oriented "The Drums." "Mental Atmosphere" and "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" followed soon after. Their breakthrough came after issuing the Top Ten single "Fire Wire." Locally released in 2000, the song started climbing the U.K. charts in 2001 and became a summer smash in the European club scene. Exploration of Space followed a year later, featuring the original version and DJ Isaac remixes of "The Truth."
