The Brazilian Tropical Orchestra originates from the Sao Paolo and Rio De Janeiro regions of Brazil, and features some of Brazil’s finest musicians. As an orchestra they have recorded many exceptional albums, not only featuring music by the great Latin American composers such as their fellow Brazilian and world famous Antonio Carlos Jobim, but many other international writers and composers, for instance George Gershwin, Cole Porter and Burt Bacherach. This particular album of The Beatles’ music arranged and played in a Bossa Nova style is a fabulous example of The Orchestra’s work, and an excellent interpretation on one of the worlds greatest ever bands material.
