Sylver是欧洲顶尖的电音组合，来自比利时。由女声Silvy De Bie 和著名的DJ,键盘手Wout van Dessel二人组成。Silvy De Bie有着天籁般的嗓音，她从小接受过正规的声乐学习，并表演过歌剧，所以正是这个原因，Sylver和其他的组合不同之处在于他们似乎采取的是流行加电音的风格。他们2002年的首支单曲'Turn the tide' 就为他们打开了通往欧洲及世界的大门，触角甚至到了巴西，墨西哥等国家。紧接着的专辑《Chances》使他们成为名副其实世界范围的明星。专辑《Little Things》《Nighttime Calls》更是获得了东欧国家市场的成功。
Belgian electronica duo Sylver (formerly known as Liquid ft. Sylvie) emerged in 2000. Their debut single, called "Turn the Tide," climbed to the top of the official local club/dance chart soon after its release. Producer Regi Penxten and DJ/keyboardist Wout van Dessel (born 1974) were joined by singer Silvy De Bie (born 1981) to assemble an electronica-oriented act and join the Europop scene. After the huge success of their first single, "Skin" followed in January and "Forever In Love" in April 2001. Sylver's album Chances featured their hit songs and remixes.
