In today's new generation of artists, very few can claim "pioneer" status in a particular genre.Australian RnB producer/writer/artist "Israel" is regarded by many of his peers, fans and by Music industry veterans as just that.

His name is debated in forums, discussed in Major Label offices, argued in Rnb/Hiphop clubs, mentioned in Music Award Ceremonies, and even spat on publicly by his "competitors". After all, not many artists around the globe (yet alone the land down-under) can honestly say that they have recorded with Multi-platinum, Grammy Award Winning Artists.

In 07-08, Oz music history was altered when Israel recorded with international Hip-hop Icon "Fabolous", setting off a trend that now sees Australian RnB artists collaborating with big US Rap Names (Jessica Mauboy/Flo Rida, Cristian Alexanda/Ja Rule etc).Unknowing of what was to come, Israel's collaboration with Fabolous led him to work with Hip hop/RnB Giants-Lil Jon, Freeway, Richboy, Slim of 112, and Royce Da 5'9 to name a few. Not long after, Israel received calls to meet with Snoop Dogg, Jazze Pha, Will I Am and Teddy Riley as well as being warmly welcomed into the offices of Jive, Sony, Warner, Shonuff, and Bad Boy in New York City and Atlanta.

Although the Australian RnB Scene is considered a minority among its Rock and Dance counterparts, Israel is at the forefront of the new urban revolution. RnB & Hip Hop is the voice of the next generation, and in a world where "internet killed the video star", Israel is an obvious new force to be reckoned with.

His album "The Legacy", is slated for release internationally and is arguably one of the most anticipated Urban records both here and in Asia, and with a star-studded lineup of guests as well as world-class music production, it's not hard to tell why.

Unlike his peers, Israel's credits span far beyond his personal achievements as an artist. His music production/writing is renowned in the Music Industry as A-class, dynamic, and ground-breaking production. From Ricki-Lee's last smash "Wiggle it" to Jade Macrae's "So hot right now", and even to Jessica Mauboy's album title track and brand new single "Been waiting", Israel's beats and melodies are not unfamiliar to Australia's general public.

His work has been nominated for 2 ARIA awards, 2 MTV Awards, 3 APRA Awards, and even 9 UMA Awards while Israel's own Street Hit and Edge 96.1 smash "My Girl" saw him take home Best RnB Song at the last URBAN MUSIC AWARDS.

The first single off THE LEGACY is "FREAK TONIGHT"- an infectious radio and club anthem with massive hooks and dance-floor shaking production. An obvious smash among Leading RnB/Hip-hop Djs, Freak Tonight could be the first "Urban Hit" Oz has heard in a very long time, and may even be the first Australian RnB/Pop record to reach international charts, ever.
