艺人介绍

by Marisa BrownBefore releasing his full-length debut, In Perenne Riserva, Io, Carlo (born in Germany in 1971 as Carlo Fath, though his family moved to Italy when he was three) was known as a talented house and techno producer, most often with the indie label Motivo, whose staff he joined in 2002. Carlo, who had grown up playing the piano, guitar, and studying both body-building and martial arts, had turned toward electronica music as a young adult, and it was a combination of both organic and synthetic sounds that he used on his own album, heard especially in the quirky first single, "L'Ego," whose title played on both the child's building block and the psychological term.
