by Chris TrueA frenetic indie rock band formed by Greg Elsasser and Sam Martin in the suburban wilds of Omaha, Nebraska, Capgun Coup released their debut, Nebraskafish, in 2007. Having rounded out their membership with Eric Ohlsson and Andy Matz, the band made downtown Omaha its nerve center and -- prior to releasing their debut -- focused on honing their sound and building a reputation -- through house parties and basement shows -- as a solid live band.
