A solo project of producer/musician Drew Sullivan, Slow Dancing Society is an ambient rock act affiliated with Australian label Hidden Shoal Recordings. Based in Spokane, WA, and influenced by Brian Eno as well as stadium rock, Sullivan made his full-length album debut as Slow Dancing Society with The Sound of Lights When Dim (2006). Released by Hidden Shoal Recordings, the album was followed by The Slow and Steady Winter (2007) and Priest Lake Circa '88 (2008).
