by Bradley TorreanoBoston-area jazz musicians James Rohr, Curt Newton, and Nate McBride were all known for their improvisational talents before coming together as the Riot Trio. Utilizing Rohr's random and intense piano bursts as the centerpiece to their work, the three used this name for their work together, and released Riot Trio (A Go-Go) in 2002 to their work together.
