Having a love for the British Invasion era of 60s rock while growing up in Chicago, Mike Galassini (vocals/ bass), Steve Steffens (vocals/ guitar) and Dane Svoboda (drums) dusted off their Beatles records and started 92 Degrees. Looking up to other power-pop acts such as The Doughboys and Cheap Trick, 92 Degrees branded their own harmony ridden hooks with their self-titled debut released by Black Vinyl in 1995.
