by Jason BirchmeierWhile no doubt among New York's elite mixtape DJs, Cutmaster C didn't limit himself to just the East Coast, expanding his reach to the national rap game while still retaining his ties to N.Y.C.'s finest. He particularly garnered a lot of notice for his Live From Central Bookings mix, which boasted a recorded phone conversation with 50 Cent, who was locked up at the time for his New Year's Eve 2002 incident. Cutmaster C didn't stop there and kept busy, churning out a number of other mixes, among them Ghetto Platinum (hosted by Jermaine Dupri), Bonnie & Clyde (hosted by MTV's La La), East Coast Killa/West Coast Killa (a collabo with DJ Vlad hosted by Sway), and Everything's Still a Go! (Murder Edition) (highlighting the Ja Rule and Irv Gotti collabo "Guess Who Shot Ya" dissing 50 Cent).
