Preston Mead and Danny Sargassa are the British duo behind Parsley Sound, who previously recorded for Warp Records under the name Slum. Their soft, warm pop cushioned by downbeat electronic first appeared on a 7" on Warp. Under Parsley Sound, they issued the Ease Yourself and Glide 10" on Mo' Wax, along with the EPs Templechurchmansions and Platonic Rate. Fall 2003 saw the release of the full-length Parsley Sounds.
