This experimental art rock duo hails from San Francisco and upon Half Film's break up in 2001, Jonathan and Devlin asked their friends from Swell, Monte Vallier and Sean Kirkpatrick to join them for [the] Caseworker. Two years later, they made their debut with Manifesto with the enigmatic These Weeks Should Be Remembered.
