Italian pop duo Sonohra formed in Verona in the early 2000s, comprising brothers Luca (27 Feb 1982) and Diego Fainello (27 Nov 1986), both vocalists and guitarists. Their first single, "Grido e Canto", was released in 2003 under the monicker 2tto, and in the same period they sang also the main theme for the children cartoon show Ufo Baby. Then, having changed their name to Domino, in 2006 the brothers released another single, "Come Tu Mi Vuoi". In February 2008, after another name-change, Sonohra took part to the Sanremo Music Festival, winning the "New Artists" section with the song "L'Amore", which gained them the attention of the most important Italian radio networks and of an audience composed for the most part of teenagers. Another single followed, "Love Show", included in the duo's first album, Liberi da Sempre, a collection of delicate and catchy acoustic pop tunes with a slight British influence. In the same year, Sonorha won the "Best New Act" prize at the Italian TRL Awards.
