纽约Indie Rock团Lissy Trullie是人名也是团名，日前才刚完成和The Virgins一起巡回的16场表演，并在二月中由布鲁克林Indie厂牌American Myth Recordings发行了乐队的首张EP Self-Taught Learner，也是自己这几天最常在iTunes上播放的音乐，不单单只是因为她在EP内翻唱了Hot Chip的单曲Ready For The Floor更胜原唱这个原因，其它歌曲如She Said、Boy Boy、Self-Taught Learner、Forget About It也都是自己推荐必听之上乘作品，Lissy Trullie除了在纽约正热外，英国方面也由Make Mine Records出版Lissy Trullie的首张7" Boy Boy，订于3/30发行目前正在Rough Trade预购中。
With her affinity for bowler hats, punky couture, and imprecise indie pop, Lissy Trullie established herself as a New York fashion icon and emerging musician in 2008. Her well-clad figure graced the pages of such fashion magazines as Elle, SOMA, and Jalouse, while her lo-fi musical demos attracted the attention of several record labels. Trullie eventually signed with American Myth Recordings and released her debut EP, Self-Taught Learner in Febrary 2009.
