Cato, one-half of Groove Armada, was impressed by Foster's warm presentation, so they immediately connected for a musical jaunt of their own. The Weekend Players are a sultry mix of Portishead and Violet Indiana, and in March 2003 the pair made its debut with Pursuit of Happiness.
