by John BushSherriff finally signed with Capitol Records in 1983, four years after forming in Toronto. Though the band released only one album, a self-titled LP in 1983, their single "When I'm with You" reached number one six years after it was released. Vocalist Freddy Curci, guitarist Steve De Marchi, bassist Wolf Hassel, drummer Rob Elliott and keyboard player Arnold Lanni were pressured to re-form, but they declined since Lanni and Hassel had formed Frozen Ghost while Curci and De Marchi organized Alias.
