Troels Hammer (1964) is signed in with the label @music-for-dreams and has released a lot of tracks on various international albums and compilations. He was discovered by the Danish producer @kennethbagerofficial in 2012 and has already gained great recognition for his music on both the Danish and the international scene
Troels Hammer released his first solo album, TRANS/FOR/MATION, in june 2015. No. 2 album in june 2017 THE/HUMAN/TREE and no.3 album DIARIO/DE/SILENCIO in juli 2018.
Is also a part of the band COPENEMA
