小简介
The brainchild of former San Franciscan Julia Frodahl, this Brooklyn-based band has become known for its lush and often hushful lullabies of sparse vocals and textures in the style of Cowboy Junkies and Low. The band formed in Brooklyn in Feburary 2000, where Frodahl began using letters from friends for song ideas. Recorded in a renovated stable house, the group released their debut album before signing to Endearing Records in 2001. The band toured North America and Europe in support of the February 2002 release.
