by MacKenzie WilsonSpring formed in 1993, in Paris, surrounding themselves with poetry, romanticism, and dreamy pop melodies, in which lead to the blissful dance sounds of the band. Having released a slew of albums since their formation -- Independence (1994), Chuck It Up (1998), Spring & Friends (1998) -- the band's critical acclaim among European press also gained praise from bands such as Saint Etienne, Stereolab, and Pulp. The Last Goodbye was issued in April, 1999, on March Records.
