by John BushEric Lowen and Dan Navarro met in Los Angeles in the early '80s, playing together and writing songs. They began to sell songs, and reached the Top 5 with Pat Benatar's "We Belong." The duo released their debut, Walking on a Wire, in 1990, and Broken Moon soon followed. After 1995's Pendulum, Lowen and Navarro returned in 1997 with Live Wire. Scratch at the Door appeared a year later.
