《三国志大战M 游戏原声带》由北京光音工作室（RaySound Studio）制作，张岩作曲及编曲，部分旋律引用了SEGA Sound Team创作的经典版《三国志大战》音乐，并尝试了更多电子及东方元素融合的制作理念。
"SANGOKUSHI TAISEN M Original Soundtrack" was produced by Beijing RaySound Studio, and composed and arranged by Seven.Z (Zhang Yan). Some of the melodies quoted the classic version of "SANGOKUSHI TAISEN" music made by SEGA Sound Team. The music maker has explored the concept of mixed electronic and oriental elements during the production of this work.
