2012年St. Vincent与Talking Heads主脑David Byrne合作的《Love This Giant》是她在4AD最后一张作品，去年底正式签约Republic Records（环球旗下）。面对部分人对从独立进入主流厂牌会对她歌曲创作有所影响的担忧，St. Vincent用一张几近完美的作品打消大家的疑虑。St. Vincent自己坦言当时是抱着想做一张能在葬礼派对上播放的唱片为目的开始的。（By XIAMI）
St. Vincent is the self-titled fourth studio album by American musician St. Vincent. It is set to be released on February 24, 2014, in the United Kingdom and February 25 in the United States, through Loma Vista and Republic Records.
The album, which was produced by John Congleton, features collaborations from Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings drummer Homer Steinweiss and Midlake drummer McKenzie Smith. The tracks on the album were arranged and demoed by St. Vincent in Austin, Texas, before being recorded at Elmwood Studios.
