Bad Luck Ain’t No Crime is the debut studio album of the American rock band Blackberry Smoke released in 2003 by BamaJam Records.
The album's name is inspired by the Blackberry Smoke song "Sure Was Good". The album contains nine songs recorded on the Cock of the Walk Studio and three songs recorded live on the concerts during the annual motorcycle rally taking place in Sturgis, South Dakota.
The album is produced by Jesse James Dupree (Jackyl), the owner of Cock of the Walk Studios.
The songs "Scare the Devil Outta You" and "Memphis Special" become bonus tracks. They were produced and recorded on Brannon Productions Studio, located in Atlanta, Georgia.
