With so many standout tracks on Vintage and Morelli's "My Rose Enchanted Destiny" debut artist album, we felt obliged to highlight another favorite, "Afterglow," as a single, alongside wonderful new remixes by SNR and Mizar B, both celebrated veterans in their own right.

In the Serbian talent's original version, a stormy, trance-centered arrangement ultimately crescendoes to an ethereal climax. The unexpected breakbeat outro is simply mesmerizing.

The sensational SNR, who continues to receive tremendous acclaim for his productions and live DJ sets alike, offers a high-octane rendering of "Afterglow." It is fair to say his inspired, anthemic take would suit Ruby Skye or various other prominent Bay Area venues, where he now consistently performs. A thunderous rhythm and exhilarating lead propel his composition toward the goosebumps-inducing breakdown. In the latter half of the arrangement, the drop and subsequent progression are simply electrifying.

Mizar B, who has quietly earned a global reputation for intelligent progressive, offers a moving interpretation as well. If SNR's remix is a festival anthem, it's fair to say that Mizar B's deeper take has its sights on the underground. The Polish veteran crafts a mystical, if not other-worldly soundscape in the early going, courtesy of an intricate rhythm and a variety of atmospheric flourishes. The main vocal theme, which arrives at the quarter turn, is heavenly, especially when accompanied with Mizar B's piano in the subsequent breakdown. The layered groove that appears in the second half of the composition completes his visionary take.
