The North Sea is actually a pretty cool name for a new band! It is not original thought! Don’t lose your time searching for past releases from The North Sea, because the The New North Sea we’re introducing today is the alter ego used by Todd Terje and Franz Ferdinand for their brand new project together. Surprised? Well, yes! The result? Awesome! The good news is that we can already stream 2 excellent singles – entitled “Stand On The Horizon” and “Evil Eye.” Both tracks are mixed and extended by the golden touch from Norwegian Disco king. Also, both tracks will be part of upcoming Franz Ferdinand record “Right Thoughts, Right Words, Right Action,” out on August the 26th. The entire album will also be retouched by Todd Terje, which certainly can make us only hope for something that will become massive.
