Text on the tray card states that the disc is limited to 1,000 hand-numbered copies. However, the true number is unknown as copies are known to exist that bear numbers in excess of 1,000.
No catalog number on the tray card spine or disc face; matrix number in the inner ring on the underside of the disc is &SM 8590&.
