专辑介绍
Through Water is Lapsley’s second album, the long-awaited full-length follow-up to her debut LP Long Way Home, which released 4 years earlier in 2016. The album allow follows her 2019 EP These Elements and includes the singles My Love Was Like the Rain and Ligne 3 from the EP.
Lapsley teased the lead single Womxn on February 3 with the song premiering the day after. With the release of the song, she also announced the album.
She spoke about the meaning of the song on Twitter, saying “this is an album about the darkness and the light. The highs and the lows. To be submerged in the centre of it all. To be through water.”
