1999年にアメリカのDeive-Thru Recortdsより衝撃のデビューを果たしたメロディックパンクバンド“ALLiSTER”（アリスター）がデビューから20年が経ち、全20曲収録のベスト・アルバムを日本先行で発売することが決定！

内容は2009年以前の発表楽曲を全て2018年に再レコーディングし、更に新曲４曲を新たにレコーディングし、収録。
