继2011年4月1日AM444在上海推出首张EP 《Eye Wonder》，今年7月与美国独立摇滚乐队Tussle联合发行的一张12寸红色彩胶唱片之后，将于今年10月26日，正式推出新专辑《Rooms》。

AM444 这张新的专辑《Rooms》，想建立一种创作者与听者之间开放的互动体验. 借由音乐作为桥梁,将我们的情感与梦境带入听者的生活空间,不同的听者在不同的聆听环境下也会感受到各自不同的音乐画面和色彩。Nini Sum作为专辑封面的创作者，是我们音乐的首位听众，而她为新专辑《ROOMS》创作的油画“SELF”就完美的体现了这种微妙的互动。这张专辑无论是音乐元素还是人声演绎的方法上都做了更新更自由的尝试。整张专辑用不同音乐色彩带来的联想作为主线,每一首歌都会把你带入某个似曾相识却又好像梦境的情景空间.

Since 2011’s ‘Eye Wonder’ on PAUSE:MUSIC, AM444 have played various venues around China, travelled to Africa, had radio play all over the globe, from around Asia to London and the US, and released a 12” record with SF’s Tussle! Its been a busy year so far, and all leading up to this – their second full release – ‘Rooms’.

Jay.Soul and ChaCha (AM444) are giving very little away about the album, but if you caught their live shows at JZ Club, Fete De La Musique or The Shelter earlier in the year you will have heard a few previews of what to expect on ‘Rooms’. Dubbed out, funked up and heavy on the low end, AM444’s sound is growing and maturing into something which is very difficult to categorize, yet familiar and accessible to all. With Jay.Soul currently living back in Amsterdam, the duo wont be playing many shows in China in the near future so this may be your last chance for a while to catch their new album in all its live glory.
