Down to a quartet, the guys in Restless Heart still have the highest Eagles rating in country music -- they get the vocals right almost every time, and &Blame It on Love& evokes memories of the likes of &Witchy Woman.& Musically, not much changed for the members of the band: They still like a good train song, and they're more likely to show the influence of Bruce Hornsby (&Meet Me on the Other Side&) and Creedence Clearwater Revival (&Born in a High Wind&) than any of country's honky tonk heroes. Another song, &When She Cries,& became one of the biggest crossover hits of 1992. Paul Gregg, John Dittrich, and Dave Innis (who left the group after the album's release, reducing Restless Heart to a trio) trade lead vocals; they blend well from song to song, though Dittrich sounds the most like Don Henley, but it's definitely those harmonies that make Big Iron Horses run smooth.
