Koch released Disco Love Collection and Funk Explosion at the same time. It's pretty clear that the two sets are patterned after Pure Disco and Pure Funk, with a generous amount of tracks covering roughly the same territory. As you can tell by looking at the track listing of this disc, it isn't difficult to round up enough selections to make a whole disco compilation with love as the theme. It's probably just as easy as making a goth compilation with songs about depression. Almost all of these songs have been compiled dozens of times over, so the disc works better as a half-hearted introduction to disco; otherwise, it's worth picking up if you need at least a few of these songs and don't mind the overlap with your other compilations.
