Perry's collaboration with fellow oddball Neal "The Mad Professor" Fraser yielded this good, but non-essential release. This version, as opposed to the non-dub version, is much better, if only because Fraser and Perry are in sync when it comes to provocative dub experimentation. The problem is that the riddims they are working with here are only OK. Recommended to those whose love for Perry has turned into something resembling an addiction.
