"Mondo" is the debut album from the Los Angeles electro-soul-pop duo Electric Guest comprised of multi-instrumentalists Asa Taccone and Matthew Compton. The album takes many cues from 1970s soul-funk and has been expertly produced by genre superstar Danger Mouse lending it a touch of real class. The release is highlighted by the utterly infectious "This Head I Hold" along with the dreamy psychedelia of "Troubleman" and the sweet, distorted sounds of "American Daydream".
