Two More Years was Bloc Party's ninth official single, released on October 3, 2005. Originally intended as a stop-gap single to fill the space between Bloc Party's debut album Silent Alarm and sophomore follow-up A Weekend In The City, a combination of demand for the track and renewed interest in the band saw it included as an extra track on a newly re-released version of Silent Alarm at the tail-end of 2005.
