After 34 years, you don\\\'t really expect any surprises from the UK Subs (who have surely become underground national treasures by now), but here they really deliver the goods on an album that has the classic Subs\\\' sound plus a real sense of moving forward (\\\"All Blurs Into One\\\" is probably the most sophisticated song the band have ever written). Well produced, well-written (though the lyrics are as dumb as ever!) this won\\\'t disappoint Subs\\\' fans and might even bring them some new ones, too. This album can hold its head up high along with \\\"Brand New Age\\\" and \\\"Endangered Species\\\" as among their very best, and could actually be their finest 40 minutes.
