Rev Theory are back! The band recently released "Justice", which is the first single off of the bands forthcoming album of the same name. "Justice means so much to us," explains guitarist Julien Jorgensen. "It's not just an album title. It's a call to action. As a band we have rallied around the belief that, with this album, our time has come and we are going to grab it."

In February of 2010, the band started writing new material, presumably for their third studio album.Recent updates on the band's official Twitter page have indicated that they have entered the studio to begin recording with producer Terry Date. It was announced that the new album will be released February 15, 2011. The title track and first single off of the album, "Justice", was released on iTunes on October 25, 2010, and was released to radio stations on November 2, 2010.
