The major label debut from Philadelphia's pop-metal veterans Heaven's Edge arrived on the eve of the punk/grunge invasion of 1991, and predictably did not fare well. The musical landscape of the early '90s was not friendly toward slickly produced corporate rock (especially the big-hair variety), and Heaven's Edge was quickly dropped from their label. But if you're nostalgic for fairly well-executed '80s-style hair metal, do check this out.
