Rosemary Clooney's eighth album for Concord once again gives her the opportunity to interpret the music of a composer, this time Harold Arlen. With a superior sextet that features cornetist Warren Vache, tenor saxophonist Scott Hamilton, pianist Dave McKenna and guitarist Ed Bickert, Clooney sounds very enthusiastic and swings lightly on such songs as "Hooray for Love," "Ding Dong the Witch Is Dead," "My Shining Hour" and "Stormy Weather."
